 Microsoft Internet Expolorer
Step 1
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Step 2
On the General tab, under the Temporary Internet Files Heading click the Delete Files Button
Step 3
Click OK
Step 4
Click the refresh button on your browser to reload the website.
 Mozilla Firefox
Step 1
In Mozilla Firefox, on the Tools menu, click Options.
Step 2
Go to the Privacy section.
Step 3
Click the clear button for Cache.
Step 4
Click the refresh button on your browser to reload the website.
 Apple Safari
Step 1
In Safari, click on the word Safari.
Step 2
Click Empty Cache.
Step 3
When the message "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?" displays, click Empty.
Step 4
Click the refresh button on your browser to reload the website.
 Netscape Navigator
Step 1
In Netscape, click on the Preferences menu bar.
Step 2
Click Advanced and then go to the Cache Section.
Step 3
Click Clear Cache and OK to save your changes.
Step 4
Click the refresh button on your browser to reload the website.
