A small service business. Enquiries come in via a website contact form. Within 60 seconds: the enquiry is classified, a personalised reply is drafted in their brand voice and sent to their inbox ready to send, the lead is logged in their CRM, and if it’s high-priority they get a text alert. Testing

We test in a staging environment across multiple input scenarios. Edge cases included.

Client Review & Go Live

You review the live output. We refine if needed. Then we go live.
