Subscription Check

We confirm you’re on the right plan. Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus (or Team) is required for Projects and Custom GPT functionality. We’ll advise if you’re not sure.



Brand Voice Input

We use your existing brand voice document (from our Brand Voice System Build service) or create a working version if you don’t have one yet.



Content Examples

We select and load 3–5 of your best-performing content pieces as reference material. The AI learns from imitation far better than from instruction alone.



System Prompt Build

We write the system prompt covering brand voice rules, content formats, what to avoid and how to handle your most common task types.



Prompt Library

We build a pre-loaded prompt library covering your most common use cases … blog posts, emails, social reformatting, meeting summaries, whatever fits your workflow.



Testing

We run the configuration across 6–8 real scenarios and compare output against your existing content. We refine until it sounds right.



Handover Session

A 30-minute walkthrough with your team. We show them how to use the setup, how to update it and how to add new prompt types over time.

Configuration FAQs

Which tool should I use … Claude or ChatGPT?

Both are excellent. Claude is stronger for nuanced brand voice and long-form thinking. ChatGPT has a larger plugin ecosystem and is often easier for first-timers. We’ll advise based on your use case.

Do I need a brand voice document before this service?

Ideally yes. If you don’t have one, we can complete our Brand Voice System Build first, or incorporate a simplified version into this service.

Can multiple team members use the same setup?

Yes. Claude Projects and ChatGPT Team plans allow shared access. We configure with that in mind.

What happens when the AI model updates?

We recommend a periodic review (every 6–12 months) to ensure the configuration still performs well against updated models. We offer this as a maintenance service.
