Caves Beach Brewing Co approached psyborg® to refresh their brand identity and develop a distinctive new direction for their craft beer packaging.

Inspired by the coastal lifestyle of Caves Beach, we explored several creative directions, from coastal cartography and surf-inspired graphics to minimalist Bauhaus design.

The selected direction combines bold typography, geometric simplicity and atmospheric colour gradients to capture the changing moods of the coast. Each can features its own distinctive colour palette while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across the range.

The five varieties include Offshore Japanese Rice Lager, Coastline Pale Ale, Sea Haze Hazy Pale Ale, Sunburst Mexican Lager and Deep Reef Brown Ale.

The result is a contemporary packaging system that balances creativity with consistency, celebrating the coastal character of Caves Beach while creating a distinctive presence on the shelf.
