Shred Shed

About this project

Shred Shed started with a simple need: refine an AI-generated logo and apply it to a new personal training gym in Steel River.

What emerged was a much broader opportunity.

Through the branding process, we developed a complete identity system built around the idea Built in the Shed. The visual language combined an industrial stencil aesthetic with a bold circular badge and the supporting message Reset. Rebuild. Return Stronger. The system was then extended into a family of sub-services including Build, Team, Reset, Plunge, Fuel, Move and Rebuild… giving Shred Shed room to grow into personal training, corporate fitness, recovery, nutrition and NDIS fitness support.

The brand was applied across signage, environmental graphics, apparel, social media and a new website, creating a consistent experience from the physical gym through to its digital presence. The finished space now feels unmistakably Shred Shed… raw, purposeful and built around progress.

What began as a logo refresh became a complete brand platform designed to support the business as it grows.
