Wagga Wagga AI Masterclass – Small Business Month 2025
Delivered for Wagga Wagga City Council’s Small Business Month, this AI Masterclass brought together a dynamic mix of local business owners and innovators eager to explore how artificial intelligence can enhance creativity and productivity.
The two-hour session was hands-on and human, turning complex ideas into simple, practical exercises in Brand Voice, Multimodal prompting and Image Generation. Participants engaged deeply, asking sharp questions and sharing real-world challenges, proving that AI can empower rather than intimidate.
Many went on to complete their own AI Brand Codex, helping them teach AI to communicate in their brand’s unique tone. This full-circle experience — returning to Wagga, where my teaching journey first began — was a reminder that curiosity and courage still drive progress.
HCAA Presentation – Why AI, Why Now?
Presented to the Hunter Consulting and Advisory Association (HCAA), this keynote explored the question “Why AI, Why Now?” — unpacking how artificial intelligence is reshaping the professional landscape.
The session translated technical concepts into accessible insights for consultants, engineers and business leaders, highlighting AI’s power to enhance efficiency, clarity and communication. Through live demonstrations and relatable examples, attendees saw how tools like ChatGPT and Copilot can streamline documentation, proposals and client engagement while preserving each firm’s human expertise.
The message was clear: AI isn’t replacing professionals — it’s redefining what’s possible when humans harness it with intent. This presentation underscored psyborg®’s role in helping industries adopt AI intelligently, bridging design thinking with technological evolution.
psyborg® Wins Lake Macquarie Excellence in Micro Business – Third Time Champion
psyborg® has been awarded the Lake Macquarie Excellence in Micro Business title for the third time — 2021, 2023, and now 2025.
From our early days working from home to our Caves Beach studio, we’ve stayed lean and agile while expanding our services. In the past two years, we’ve launched AI-powered branding and business optimisation tools, introduced in-house DTF merchandise printing, and begun building towards a Dark Studio — an AI-driven content production line.
We continue to invest in our community through Caves Connect, the Work Experience Program with Swansea High School, and sponsorships including Swansea FC, the Lake Macquarie Running Festival, and the YSNB Youth Surfing National Battle.
This award recognises our commitment to innovation, purposeful design, and community impact — proving that size doesn’t limit influence when you design with intent.
Part mind. part machine.
