psyborg® took out the ‘Micro Business’ category which recongnises a business with less than 5 employees that have achieved significant growth and is able to demonstrate the specific strategies and processes implemented to achieve business success and/or resilience.
As a very proud small business we take the word ‘micro’ as a badge of honour since we have been able to grow constantly through our 15 years whilst remaining small, lean and agile. We’ve been growing our skill set and capability, the design and communication services we offer and where it counts, our bottom line. Our client base is growing, the websites we support and our ability to impact & support our community through initiatives such as Caves Beach Connect, Lake Macquarie Running Festival and others.
As a micro business our goal is to sustain a business that suits our lifestyle’s & families whilst being able to work from home and service a large array of clients brand, visual communication & digital marketing needs.
We’ve remained small and agile through utilising digital marketing methods & digital technologies in the forms of web design, cloud based applications, content marketing, social media networking, blogging, video and podcasting.
We are constantly evolving and accepting change as the norm where we continuously reposition ourselves as society and expectations change. We focuses on automation where we can, continuously implementing new business processes to eliminate tasks and still service a large array of clients at any given time.
We are truly honoured to receive this award and hope to help other business, no matter how micro or how large with thier unique vision and execution.

psyborg® was founded by Daniel Borg, an Honours Graduate in Design from the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Daniel also has an Associate Diploma in Industrial Engineering and has experience from within the Engineering & Advertising Industries.
Daniel has completed over 2800 design projects consisting of branding, content marketing, digital marketing, illustration, web design, and printed projects since psyborg® was first founded. psyborg® is located in Lake Macquarie, Newcastle but services business Nation wide.
