Newy Tech People 100th Podcast Episode
Last Friday afternoon I had the pleasure to participate in the @newytechpeople 100th Podcast Episode.
The event wasn’t just a typical recording session; it was a lively celebration held at their Newcastle Headquarters.
With a live, interactive audience in attendance, the energy in the room was great. We delved into discussions about the future trajectory of Newcastle’s tech scene … touching on emerging trends, challenges, and the potential that lies ahead for our the growing tech community.
It was a testament to the growth and dynamism of the team at Newy Tech People and a clear indication of the passion and commitment of its members.
Milestone episodes deserve celebration format. 100 episodes represents sustained commitment and audience building. Live recording transforms content production into community event. Format shift acknowledges achievement whilst creating memorable content differentiating standard episodes.
Live audience changes podcast dynamics significantly. Energy elevation. Real-time interaction. Social proof demonstration. Content creation becomes performance requiring different preparation and execution skills compared to studio recording isolation.
Part mind part machine philosophy aligns naturally with tech community participation. AI integration. Creative technology intersection. Design thinking application. Strategic positioning at technology-creativity convergence enables credible tech community contribution beyond pure engineering perspectives.
Community building through consistent participation compounds over time. Visibility accumulation. Relationship strengthening. Expertise demonstration. Single appearances produce limited impact—sustained engagement builds recognition supporting business development and opportunity access.
Thanks for allowing me to be a part of such a significant episode and engaging with fellow tech enthusiasts.
