Brand design for LiveLife Alarms
Safety products for ageing Australians walk a fine line. They need to communicate protection without suggesting frailty. Independence without isolation. Peace of mind without patronising.
LiveLife Alarms is Australia’s largest provider of personal mobile alarms. Since 2016 they’ve helped thousands of Australians maintain their independence while giving their families peace of mind.
psyborg® has been working with LiveLife Alarms to refine how they communicate across multiple channels. We’ve consulted on brochures, presentation decks and video animations — ensuring every touchpoint balances professionalism with warmth.
The challenge in healthcare marketing is always dignity. People want solutions, not reminders of vulnerability. Our work focuses on what the product enables… freedom, confidence, connection… rather than what it protects against.
This is design that understands its audience isn’t just the wearer. It’s also the adult child making decisions for an ageing parent. The messaging needs to work for both.
Need healthcare or aged care branding that respects dignity? Let’s talk.
