Rebrand Design for TW Woods
TW Woods have been providing engineering services to the manufacturing, mining and heavy industry sectors across Australia and internationally for over 50 years, with three generations of the family involved in all aspects of the business. They specialise in precision fabrication, plasma profiling and rolling and pressing services.
Rebranding an established industrial company carries unique challenges. You’re updating visual identity for a business where reputation is built on decades of reliable work, not marketing. The brand needs to reflect modern capability without suggesting the old standards have changed.
In partnership with The Measured Marketer, psyborg® worked with TW Woods on a comprehensive rebrand: logo design, brand guidelines, business cards, letterhead, email signatures, PowerPoint templates, signage, social media assets, uniform design and photography.
The visual identity balances industrial strength with technical precision. The logo references manufacturing without resorting to clichéd gear icons. The colour palette signals reliability and technical capability. The typography is confident but not aggressive.
The photography was crucial. Industrial companies often rely on generic stock images or poor-quality phone shots of their work. We produced professional imagery showing their capability, scale and precision in action.
This is industrial branding done right. Professional without being corporate. Modern without abandoning heritage.

Daniel has completed over 2800 design projects consisting of branding, content marketing, digital marketing, illustration, web design, and printed projects since psyborg® was first founded. psyborg® is located in Lake Macquarie, Newcastle but services business Nation wide.
